Have you ever wondered why and how your Finnish colleagues manage to sit quietly at meetings or how come you can address the managers on a first name basis. The Finnish flat hierarchy at workplaces gives everyone opportunities, but how can you grab them? Join us for a discussion about this and many other things in Finnish work life. OTEK and Daniel Valtakari from TEK will facilitate the discussion on 30th May at 13-16 in Lecture hall AT115B.
